Energy performance
Lower U-factor means less heat escapes. SHGC is how much of the sun's heat comes through, and VT is how much daylight comes through. Low-E 366 blocks more summer sun; Low-E 270 lets in more winter warmth and light.
Energy Star options are available. Ask us which glass fits each side of your house.

Warranty
Assurance Plus limited lifetime warranty
For as long as you own your home
Lifetime coverage on the vinyl extrusion, hardware, balances and insulated glass seal.
Five years of labor
Material and labor costs are covered for the first five years after purchase.
Transferable
The original owner can transfer coverage to a new owner, for 20 years from the date of installation. Coated (painted) exteriors carry a separate 10-year warranty.
