Custom storm windows and storm doors for Kansas City
Kansas City is about 195 miles south of our shop on I-35. Whether you're in Missouri or Kansas, we build to your openings and ship by truck.
Comfort through a Kansas City summer
Low-E for hot summers
In summer, Low-E glass reflects the sun's heat back outside, so the rooms facing it stay cooler.
An air space that insulates
A storm window traps a layer of still air in front of your window. That air space works like a blanket: heat stays in during winter and stays out in summer.
For older and unusual windows
Oriel and cottage windows too
Windows with an uneven split, where the top sash is taller or shorter than the bottom, are no problem: we build the 140 in oriel and cottage configurations.
Two windows side by side
For a pair of windows in one opening, the Model 260 puts two 130 openings in a single frame, divided by a mullion.
Storm doors, too
Our storm doors use a full 1-1/4″ double-hollow frame, four corner gussets and five heavy-duty Oil-Lite hinges, in six styles. Every storm door style is available for double entrances, with special hardware and an adjustable astragal.
