Storm windows in Ames, measured and installed
Ames is about 35 miles up I-35 from our shop, close enough that we measure, deliver and install there. Storm windows are what Ames homeowners order from us most.
What a storm window does for an Ames house
An air space that insulates
A storm window traps a layer of still air in front of your window. That air space works like a blanket: heat stays in during winter and stays out in summer.
A finish you never repaint
Good aluminum storm windows last 30 to 40 years, sometimes longer, and the enamel finish means no repainting or refinishing like wood.
